Referral partner terms

These terms are between you and Orlando Roof Tech ("ORT"). They cover sending homeowners to ORT through this site. 1. Who can join Licensed Florida real estate agents. Your license number is on file with us and we may check it with the state. 2. How a referral is credited to you A referral is yours when the homeowner fills out the form at your personal link, or tells our office you sent them. We record your name and the date with every referral. If two agents send the same homeowner, the first one on record gets the credit. 3. What ORT does We call every homeowner you send. The inspection is free. If the roof needs paid work, the homeowner gets the price in writing before any work starts. The homeowner decides whether to hire us. We don't promise you or the homeowner any outcome. 4. Referral fees ORT does not pay referral fees at this time. If that changes, we will update these terms and tell you before the change applies. Any fee ORT offers in the future will: - be paid to your brokerage, not to you directly; - apply only to jobs ORT completes and is paid for; - never apply to a job paid for in any part by an insurance claim; - be disclosed to the homeowner. 5. Homeowner information We use the homeowner's details only to contact them about their roof. We don't sell or share them. 6. Ending You or ORT can stop at any time. Referrals already on record stay on record. 7. Changes We may update these terms. Your page shows the version and date you agreed to.
